Public Offer

regarding the provision of voluntary charitable donations

1. General Provisions

1.1. This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is a proposal by the Charitable Organization “Charity Fund ‘There Is Support!’”, identification code 45749185, located at: Ukraine, 65069, Odesa, Shtylova St., 1 (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), to conclude an agreement for the provision of a charitable donation (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).

1.2. The Offer becomes effective upon its publication on the Fund’s website: www.thereissupport.com and is valid indefinitely.

1.3. The Fund may enter into agreements on other terms upon a separate request by the Donor.

 

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The transfer of funds by the Donor into the ownership of the Fund for the purpose of fulfilling its statutory activities.

2.2. The donation is recognized as charitable in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations”.

2.3. The Donor may indicate a specific purpose for the donation.

 

3. Activities of the Fund

3.1. The Fund operates in accordance with its Charter, providing assistance to victims and others in critical situations.

3.2. The Fund’s activities are not intended to generate profit.

3.3. Information and reports about the Fund’s activities are published on the Website.

 

4. Making a Donation

4.1. The Donor independently determines the amount of the donation.

4.2. The donation is voluntary and non-refundable.

4.3. The donation is used by the Fund in accordance with its statutory goals.

4.4. Methods of making a donation:

• • One-time payment;
  • Monthly payment (subscription), which can be canceled via the user’s banking services.

 

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1. The Fund uses the donations in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and its statutory activities.

5.2. The Fund determines the direction of use unless otherwise specified by the Donor.

5.3. The Donor has the right to receive information about the use of their donation (via reports on the Website or upon written request).

5.4. The donation confirms:

• • The Donor’s legal capacity,
  • The voluntary nature of concluding the agreement,
  • The absence of encumbrances or illegal origin of the funds.

 

6. Acceptance (Consent)

6.1. Acceptance means making a payment through the Website forms or by bank transfer.

6.2. Acceptance constitutes full agreement of the Donor with the terms of the Offer and permits the Fund to use part of the donation for administrative expenses.

6.3. From the moment of acceptance, the Agreement is considered concluded in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine.

6.4. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

 

7. Final Provisions

7.1. The applicable law is the current legislation of Ukraine.

7.2. The Fund’s liability is determined by law.

7.3. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in court.
